Your classes will be held on the days and times you’ve chosen, ensuring consistency in your learning schedule.
If you cannot attend a scheduled class, please inform the admin or your teacher at least 2 hours before the start time. Missed classes without prior notice will not be eligible for a make-up session.
If your teacher is unavailable, we will try to provide a substitute teacher at your regular class time. Alternatively, we can reschedule the class with the same teacher at a mutually convenient time.
Should you encounter frequent teacher tardiness or absences, please reach out to us promptly via Skype, phone, or email so we can address the situation. Our team is committed to ensuring a reliable and smooth learning experience for you.
For any planned absence lasting a week or more, please notify us in advance. We can reschedule your classes around your break. Classes missed without advance notice will not qualify for a make-up session.
The institute reserves the right to reassign teachers when necessary. You may request a change of teacher, which will depend on the availability of another teacher at your preferred time.
If you’d like to change your class schedule, you may submit a request. We will accommodate the change immediately if your preferred time slot with your current teacher is open. If not, you may need to wait for availability.
In cases where a teacher resigns or their contract ends, a new teacher will be assigned to you. For security and privacy, we advise against maintaining personal contact with any teacher post-employment.
