Refund Policy
This policy outlines the refund terms for services provided by Towards the Quran Online Institute.
1. Full Refunds:
- If you have paid for the full month after a trial session but wish to change your plan before regular classes begin, the month’s fee will be refunded.
- In cases where we cannot finalize your schedule before the start of classes and you have paid in advance, a refund for that month will be issued.
2. No Refunds After Classes Start:
- Once classes are scheduled and you attend a regular session, refunds are not available if you decide not to continue for the remaining month.
3. Fee Transfers:
- If notified before the start of the month, paid fees may be transferred to the following month if you plan to resume classes later.
4. Chargeback Fee Deductions:
- A processing fee is applied by our payment processor on refunds. Any refund will be adjusted to account for this fee.
5. Limitations on Refunds:
- If the chargeback fee is greater than the paid amount, a refund will not be provided.
